2025 Horseshoe Pitch and Cornhole Toss

The 26th Annual Doubles Horseshoe and Cornhole Toss Contest was again held on the property of Joanne and Ken Vanderheyden. With 13 members of Men of Accord and 12 members of Accappella Connection present, plus a numer of spouces, a total of about 30 people started the night by eating a well prepared dinner of Pulled Pork, salads, vegetables and fruit. Following this, pitching commenced. Winners of the Cornhole Toss were Ken Dodge and Dwight Baer, with the runners up being Shannon Clare and Pauline Sloetjes. The winners for Horseshoes where John Roffel and Tony Sloetjes, with the runners up being Dan Smith and Rick Madzia. Finishing off the night quartets and choruses sang songs. With the food, the pitching fun, the song and the weather, this night was an all-in-all enjoyable one.
