Awards Dinner 2024, December 15

Right after the above concert we all headed over to the Wayside Dining Lounge at 10680 Sunset Drive in Talbotville for our annual Awards Dinner. Our president Dan Smith handed out honorariums to Joanne and Ken Vanderhayden in appreciation for the use of their property for our horseshoe pitches as well as the fantastic meals they provided.  Dan also presented Paul Stuckless and John Gough with their honorariums for their directing of us through the year.  John Gough then presented Henry Naus with a newly created Recognition Award Coffee Mug in appreciation of his continuous efforts to sell advertisements and annual Spring Show tickets.  He has brought in thousands of dollars throughout the years.  Vicky Gough carried on to present the Rookie of the Year award to Rae Driessens, followed with the Barbershopper of the Year award to John Roffel.  Dan Smith finished off the awards giving by presenting Paul Stuckless with the Hall of Fame award in recognition of his work done in both arranging and directing.  John and Paul finished off the night by directing us in singing two of our Christmas Show songs.  What follows is a couple of photos and mostly videos taken that night:
