Christmas Dinner/Awards Night 2015
December 12: 41 people, Chapter members, spouses and guests, gathered at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church for the chapters annual Christmas dinner/awards social evening. Norma Allen again provided the punch prior to the The Country Kitchen group’s very good three course dinner of salads, roast dinner with all the trimmings and a variety of cakes and pies for dessert. The evening’s entertainment was “For-tified Four” in their new blazing orange-coloured jackets, karaoke soloist Dan Smith and the Vocal Federation chorus. Special guests were Less and Donna Campbell, Jean Nisbet, Wood and Bev Hustler and Bruce and Barb Green. Bruce is Western Division Coordinator, and he conducted the installation of the 2016 Chapter Officers and Directors. John Gough was presented his 35- year Barbershop Harmony Society lapel pin. Another special evening with good friends, a wonderful dinner and good fun.
