Meteors VS Stars - Anthem Sing
October 4. 2024: 14 Members of A Cappella Connection, stepped out onto the ice at Joe Thornton Community Centre in St. Thomas and sang O Canada to start the hockey game between the St. Thomas Stars and the Fort Erie Meteors. We watched the first period as the Stars took the lead over the Meteors 3 – 0. We gathered in the lobby during the 1st intermission and sang Where Everybody Knows Your Name, California Dreaming and The Lion Sleeps Tonight. Tim Kaplanis showed up Dressed in his Firefighter’s uniform in oner of Ontario’s May 1st, First Responder Day. What follows are the photos and one video taken:
